NSW: Labourer in court on murder charge
A 38-year-old labourer has appeared in court charged with the murder of a woman in
inner city Kings Cross last night.
Eric John Elphick, of Darlinghurst in inner Sydney, was charged in Central Local Court
with the murder of Kimberley Ann Church.
Elphick did not apply for bail and no plea was required.
He was remanded in custody by Magistrate Derek Price to reappear in court on January
20, next year.
