FED: Carr tells PM to get facts straight on zero tolerance
SYDNEY, Feb 23 AAP - New South Wales Premier Bob Carr today said Prime Minister John Howard
should get his facts straight when talking about zero tolerance policing.
Mr Carr said he was happy to discuss drug reform at a summit with Mr Howard but said there
might be no solution to the country's heroin problem.
He ruled out Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett's suggestion of a summit next month, saying he
was not available until after the March 27 state election.
